The apartment, totally independent, is located on the ground floor of the villa owned, fenced in, video surveillance and with convenient parking. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet, 20 minutes away on foot from the old town and 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket. It consists of a double bedroom (with walk-in wardrobe), a living room/kitchen with sofa bed and a large bathroom, complete with a bathroom with a second washbasin and washing machine. BBQ AREA AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS.
