Casa confortável com piscina , gramado e churrasqueira . Melhor lugar para ir com a família e amigos . Possui gerador de energia para emergência ( é comum faltar energia na ilha) . Possui 06 quartos (todos com ar condicionado), geladeira, cervejeira, fogão, cafeteira, máquina de café Nespresso ( leve suas cápsulas ) e utensílios em geral . A casa possui ainda tv de 65 polegadas na sala e na suíte de cima de 50 polegadas . Internet banda larga com wifi. A casa fica a 300 metros do centro.

Surrounded by the Atlantic Forest and with a large balcony overlooking the forest, this is a simple but very cozy house in a peaceful atmosphere. We are far from the city center and therefore, birds, squirrels and butterflies are frequent visitors to the garden. It is a 15-minute walk from the pier and 10 minutes from the shops. This is the perfect place to connect with nature :-)
