This 78m² house was fully designed for the comfort and well-being of guests. There are two floors, a well-lit and airy house. On the first floor are the balcony, living room with smart TV, kitchen, bedroom for 4 people, bathroom and service area. The stairs lead to the suite, which has a comfortable king size bed and smart TV. My house, a small, cozy, oceanfront apartment, close to all shops, in the center of the village. For New Year's Eve, you'll have the chance to see the fireworks from the window of the house. I live in this house, so it is equipped with all the kitchen utensils except the microwave. But it has an electric oven. I have a cooler and a waterproof bag. We are in the center, 1 minute from the pier. Easy access. We also have an electric hot water shower, simple, it's not a super shower, but it's good!
