My house, a small, cozy, oceanfront apartment, close to all shops, in the center of the village. For New Year's Eve, you'll have the chance to see the fireworks from the window of the house. I live in this house, so it is equipped with all the kitchen utensils except the microwave. But it has an electric oven. I have a cooler and a waterproof bag. We are in the center, 1 minute from the pier. Easy access. We also have an electric hot water shower, simple, it's not a super shower, but it's good!

This beautiful house has been carefully prepared so that you can rest and relax on a balcony surrounded by a beautiful and pleasant garden. It is cozy, well distributed and has a full kitchen for preparing meals. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, to access it there are no hills or stairs and it is very close to the beach (approx. 50m).

The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms a spacious living room and common area. There are 2 bars close to the house that depending on the day can be noisy.

The house has a living room/bedroom, kitchen (loft style) and bathroom (SHOWER WITHOUT HEATING). All electricity is solar and allows light in all rooms, charging cell phones, cameras and small electronics
