It accommodates 10 people. Garage for 3 cars. The house is cheerful, modern and tasteful. It is located on a quiet street in a residential subdivision with a guardhouse, with the option to enter through the entrance of the Samola condominium. The house is located on the beautiful Lagoinha beach in Ubatuba, just an 8-minute walk to the beach (500 meters).

Guest house located below my house, in our garden, with entrance, backyard and independent and private parking. The house is in the Samola condominium, with 24-hour concierge, and is 400 meters from Lagoinha Beach. The space features 1 double bed and 3 single beds, a kitchen, living room, private bathroom and outdoor shower. 1 set of bed linens (per bed) and 1 towel per guest are provided. Extra items will be charged separately. We have Wi-Fi and TV. Check-in: 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Check-out: 12:00 p.m.

It is located in a residential neighborhood that preserves its dirt roads. It has 2 restaurants on the same street and Praia da Lagoinha is a 550-meter walk from the Chalet.

With security and privacy, the Greece-themed house has a comfortable and structured 300m2, airy and fresh and with new air conditioning in all bedrooms. The closest beach is Lamberto Beach, you have to walk 400m, but we recommend going by car!

Our shared property suite is very comfortable and well equipped. It has a kitchen, TV with Chromecast, fan, air-conditioning, closet, bed and bath linens, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. It has a private balcony with a hammock, table and sofa. On the property, there is a shared shower, deck, laundry, garden and Luau space. We are 800 meters from Lagoinha Beach and 300 meters from the ruins and waterfalls. There are restaurants, ice cream parlors and supermarkets nearby.

Nature lovers in Itamambuca, WIFI available

For those looking for the beach of dreams with a cozy home, tranquility and nature, you'll find all this here. Our house is lovingly cared for, and you will certainly feel this during your stay. Warning!!!! The streets are unpaved and have no lighting at night. Everything is quite rustic, as we love it and preserve it to be that way. So, if that's your profile, get ready to have a great time :) If you're into parties and noise, I don't think it's the ideal rental.
