The house is in the Samola condominium, with 24-hour concierge, and is 400 meters from Lagoinha Beach. Well-appointed house inside the SALGA condominium on the beautiful and quiet Lagoinha beach. The house is about 500 meters from the beach and is located on a very quiet and dead-end street. We are close to 2 markets, a restaurant and a pizzeria. Be sure to walk the trail that leaves Lagoinha and passes through paradisiacal beaches such as Bonete and ends at Fortaleza beach (Refúgio do Corsário hotel). This tour can be done on foot or by one of the small boats that carry tourists.

A number of bird species, hummingbirds, squirrels and beautiful butterflies share this space with us. Our chalet is close to the Itaguá neighborhood, where there are supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, shops and restaurants.
