On the ground floor of the apartment, there is an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Upstairs there is a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed with access to the terrace. Near the apartment there is a bike path (60m), supermarket (300m), swimming pool (350m) and train station (700m).

The undeniable advantage is private parking in the courtyard and a wine cellar, which is part of Building B of the Pod Zámkem Residence. Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Originally an inn for travelers visiting the mill, the home retains original features such as wood flooring, doors and windows and showcases a collection of local 18th and 19th century furnishings.
