Enjoy beautiful Lake Independence 25 miles NW of Marquette, MI with a 3-bedroom lake cottage right on the southside of the lake with a sandy beach (217 ft) and dock. Pontoon not included, but there is an open boat slip on our dock (mid-June through mid-October). 2 kayaks & SUPs are included. Some of the best UTV and snowmobiling trails along with backcountry snowmobiling in the U.P. are right in your backdoor. Fish for walleye, perch, pike, and bass on Lake Independence in the summer or winter!

Only a half mile to the Little Garlic River, 4.8 miles to Harlow Lake & Little Presque, 7 miles to Sugarloaf Mountain, and so many other places you'll want to visit. After a long day out having fun, relax at the fire pit and roast hotdogs and s'mores, making memories that will last forever! This cabin is located 10 miles from Marquette, in a forested area approx. 50 yards off the main road on a maintained, gravel driveway.

Located 2 miles before Big Bay, the cabin offers access to limitless outdoor activities. Fiber optic internet is provided. The cabin is directly across the road from the ATV/Snowmobile trails. We have been hosting guests in the local community for over 50 years, so we can always help make your U.P. adventures pleasant. Cabin is close to the road.

Located 25 minutes north of Marquette, our yurt is simple and rustic without electricity and a woodstove is the only heat source. We provide bedding, water in buckets, a simple kitchen, a battery pack for string lights, and a sauna for warming the bones. We encourage and cater to silent-sport type of guests as we have kind and close neighbors on all sides. This is a small log cabin located approximately 10 miles from downtown Marquette in a quiet neighborhood. Its nestled in the woods where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest but is still in close proximity to hiking, biking, cross country ski trails, and Marquette Mountain for downhill skiing and all Marquette has to offer. It is approximately 3 miles from the snowmobile trail and can be accessed using Green Garden Road. A very easy ride to the trail.
