Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. The house is located in a typical village of the Bigouden country where you will enjoy the calm proximity to the points of interest of the area and the beach. You have private access and parking and an outdoor area without vis-à-vis. The house consists of one floor (bathroom, sofa/bed, kitchen, sea view) and ground floor (bedroom and space overlooking the outside). All surrounded by a large garden (allowing us to offer seasonal products) and equipped with fiber.

Village house, large garden, 2km from the sea

In a small Breton village in Finistère, minutes from several beaches, it is the small family house that awaits you. 3 bedrooms, 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, and... a graaaand garden to sunbathe, grill, read... And when passing a rainy cloud, the veranda! Even a stove if the evening is fresh:-) The village is very nice with a fantastic fishmonger and bakery. Nature all around, surfing, cycling, hiking, kayaking, all within easy reach!

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).
