Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Dieses Kutscherhaus in landschaftlich schönster Lage unweit der Potsdamer Seenlandschaft und des UNESCO Weltkulturerbes Preußische Park- und Kulturlandschaft ist ein perfekter Rückzugsort, von dem aus man tolle Touren in die nähere (Caputh mit Einsteinhaus, Schloß Sanssouci, Schloß Cecilienhof, Schloß Babelsberg, Filmstudios Babelsberg) und fernere (Berlin) Umgebung starten kann. Das über 100 Jahre alte zweigeschossiges Kutscherhaus wurde zu einem denkmalgerechten 50 m² Häuschen ausgebaut.

Das kleine Studio liegt im gartenseitigen Souterrain eines schönen Holz-Hybridbaus, zentral in Berlin-Friedrichshain, zwischen der U5 Samariterstraße und den S-Bahnstationen Frankfurter Allee und Ostkreuz, nahe Boxhagener Platz. Das Zimmer zeigt nach Süden zu einer ruhigen kleinen Terrasse unterm Feigenbaum, im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter mit Fussbodenheizung. Es hat ein eigenes Duschbad und Eingang, keine Küche, aber eine Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Backofen.

My place is close to Kastanienallee, on the 5th floor without an elevator and a nice view of the TV Tower. You have beautiful views and sunsets over a park and the roof tops through 2 big windows with french balconies. There are lots of south facing windows and a balcony to the backyard (officially a fire rescue balcony. So please be sure not disturb the neighbors!) The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.
