This property too unique to describe properly. Waynetown is 1 mile from Interstate 74 for easy overnight access. No traffic, no light - 2 minutes and you can get gas before you get back on the highway. There is a gas station, grocery store, post office and bank all within walking distance of the unit. No smoking or pets.

Next to the heart of University of Illinois campus, surrounded by beautiful mature trees, this spacious and serene guest suite will enhance your experience in town. The guest suite has it own entrance. It is connected to the sunroom of our main house. This space do not come with TV, washer and dryer. And the space do not have kitchenette. However, we provide microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. This space is not limited mobility accessible. No party and no smoking.

The Edge - Chambana Suites

This 2 bedroom - 1 bath - Industrial style apartment can sleep up to 4 guests and is a short 5 minute drive to both downtown Champaign and University of Illinois making it an ideal location for your next visit to Champaign. The Edge is an 1st floor suite in a 100 year old Victorian-style home that has been converted into a duplex. This downstairs apartment features a spacious and open kitchen area, as well as a king bedroom suite, 55” smart TV, and Murphy beds.

A unique and tranquil hideaway nestled in the woods where one can relax and view nature through the wall of glass, or venture out to full length open and lighted deck, relax on the rocker or stretch out at patio table with a beverage and enjoy the views. Quiet little cottage is situated in the back of our large peaceful property. We are located outside of city limits with our cottage being bordered on one side by dense woods and several large oak trees shading the entire area. This cottage has it's own private driveway with easy one level access. It's common to have deer grazing in the yard during the early morning and evening hours. A great place to relax.
