During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Enjoy your own patriotic, western themed 400 sq ft separate guest suite w/ a private entrance and patio w picnic table & bbq. Kitchen w/ oven range & sink, bathroom, bedroom, rest area. Antiques and a converted water trough bathtub is fun and gives a nice deep cowboy bath, but it is tall and small (think tiny home shower.) In Post Falls, 15 min from downtown CDA. 5 min from Qemiln and Falls park, 1 min from Black Bay park, Comfortably fits 2 adults but more welcome!

Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.
