There is lift from the first floor. It is a large apartment with 58m2 and two large windows in the living room forward where there is sun all afternoon. It is equipped with everything you could wish for. The bedroom has a large double bed with 1.60m x 2.00m, and has a closet to store your things. The bathroom is complete with towels and a hairdryer. In the living room you have a table if you dine so you can dine or work if that is the case. There is a kitchen equipped with all appliances and utensils to use. The sofa makes a double bed by 1.35m x 1.90m. Where you can also relax watching TV. Guests have private access to the entire apartment. There is free and unlimited internet connection. You will have access to all the common parts of the building, including a very traditional courtyard "pátio" and a small balcony that provides you with amazing views of Lisboa and the Tagus river. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.
