A uniquely perfect beachfront location! Just a 10 minute walk to town and right on the golf course, you will be spoilt for things to do. Exceptional sea views from every room! Several outdoor seating areas and decks to enjoy the unique location with the added bonus of a fire pit. Large kitchen and dining room, 2 separate lounges with fireplaces and a large sunroom to enjoy the view even on the not so sunny days. Plenty of room to all be together or to spread out and enjoy some quiet time alone.

This is a bright and airy 2 bedroom flat that has been lovingly redecorated. It provides guests with an excellent base for an enjoyable holiday, whatever you are planning! There are shops, golf course, bakery's, bus stops, restaurants, libraries, bars, cafes, pharmacy's and the sea are all within a 0.5 mile radius. There is a large open large area of grass with picnic and barbeque facilities to the rear of the property. The sea, areas for swimming and rock climbing are also at your fingertips!
