Whether its for work, play, or just family time, this is a nice clean country home with no immediate neighbors to worry about and a good sized private back yard. Very safe area and located in a nice spot just outside of Fort Recovery. Good size living quarters and a place to relax. The place is about set up! The only thing left is updating the HVAC....currently propane wall heat. My family and I enjoy hosting guest and hope to continue that. Enjoy your stay! I look forward to hosting you!!

Kitchen has a full sized fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher to make meals a breeze. Master bath has a tub and other full sized bath has an ample shower. Large laundry room with new appliances. Keyed entry pad makes check-in a breeze.
