Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen & living room w/ a dining table. There's 1 bathroom that includes a washer + dryer. The front patio is furnished w/ a table & chairs for evenings outside! We offer a boat charging station on the side of the building. Curt's Cabin is only a ten minute drive from Peshtigo and Marinette, 20 min from Oconto or Menominee.

The house is located directly on the Menominee River, and has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and natural fireplace in an open concept space that is filled with natural light from a multitude of windows. It is the only residence located on a scenic 20 acre lake abounding with frogs, turtles, muskrats, ducks, geese, & eagles. Enjoy the tranquility from the large lakeside deck or roast marshmallows over a fire in the private outdoor firepit. No pets.

You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.
