**To be highlighted: its private Balinese-style pool, with its natural stones, salt water, bench inside, wooden terrace, all surrounded by exotic plants. Beautiful house, with right angles and gabled roofs and at different levels. Divided into ground floor and first floor. We enter the garden of the house from the back, where we find two porch areas where cars can be parked. We access the house through one of the two doors it has and we find an open-plan dining-living room area with an "office" type kitchen.This space is open to the outside and to the private garden through two large windows that communicate with the terrace, thus creating a feeling of great spaciousness. Two double rooms on the ground floor with two complete bathrooms with shower. On the first floor we find the main room with "en suite" bathroom and private terrace. It has functional and comfortable furniture, in light colours, which contrast with the colored bathrooms, which are more youthful. Furnished and equipped terrace to spend leisure time outdoors or enjoy family meals. This villa is located a few meters from the beach. Without a doubt, one of the most valued houses, both for its large garden and for its location near the sea.Ideal for families looking to preserve their privacy and enjoy a relaxing and restful vacation.
