Apartment just 200 meters from the beach, large terrace with barbecue. 2 swimming pools and paddle tennis court. Ocean and mountain views. It consists of a double bedroom, living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Very quiet area, with services nearby (supermarket, shopping area, golf... has private parking. You can enjoy a great summer, visit beautiful coves such as Cala Pregonda, Cavalleria, etc. Being in the center, it is ideal for getting to know the island. The apartment is fully equipped.

Community pool (community of only 8 apartments). You can enjoy beautiful sunrise views. It is a very cool apartment, even in summer. It has fans in the bedroom and in the dining room.
