This charming house, fully renovated in 2022, is ideally situated off the main road within walking distance to the vibrant fishing port of Guilvinec and the beautiful beaches surrounding it. Guilvinec port offers a range of activities, restaurants, shops, bakeries, outdoor markets etc, making it a perfect holiday destination. Note: the reservation will not include automatically the end of stay cleaning, heating, bedlinen and towels.

We rent part of our house which consists of a kitchen and living room on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs with separate bathroom and toilet. The entrance is completely independent and separate from ours with a courtyard, outdoor space at your disposal. The house is a 5-minute walk to the city center and a 15-minute drive to the beaches. It's very easy to park in front of the house.

The apartment is right on the large family beach of Cap Coz Take advantage of this beautiful bay for relaxation or paddle or kayak outings for example (rental possible directly on the beach in summer!) A superb walk on the coastal path (GR34) at any time of the day and you will enjoy a different landscape at every moment of the day!
