You are 3 minutes from the market and from the top of the pedestrian street with a pharmacy, bar, restaurants, shops, and museums. From here, in another 15 minutes you are on the promenade by the sea and boarding tourist ferries.

My name is Papiriana, in the ancient medieval village of Fosdinovo in Alta Toscana on the Ligurian border, a stone's throw from the famous "Castello Malaspina". I have 2 bedrooms ( 1 double bed and 2 single beds) , 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room with sofa bed and a large pellet stove. From my terrace you will admire the beautiful Magra valley and the sea. I am halfway ( 14 km) from the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana and the Apuan Alps (Cecina field 1300 meters). Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley.
