This new house, located in a pretty village in the Aube region, offers a relaxing and rejuvenating stay for the whole family. You can visit our charming department. Wine estate, forests, lakes, museums, amusement parks, restaurants... Between Troyes and Chatillon sur Seine, a few kilometers from Bar sur Seine, Essoyes, you will have the choice between tours, walks and activities. The garden is enclosed. Le long balcon vous permettra d’admirer la vue en profitant de l’extérieur. Votre voiture sera stationnée dans un box sécurisé au sous-sol de l’immeuble.

Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.
