Each cottage has its own entrance and private terrace. The beds are upstairs in the same room. The house is located 5' from the Seine, in the heart of the Champagne vineyard, 10' all shops, 30' from TROYES, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, the Nigloland amusement park, 2h15 from Paris exit 22( by the A5)

All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, vineyards and factory shops. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
