In the newly renovated vacation home, there are 2 bedrooms with one double bed (2.00 × 2.00) and (1.80 × 2.00) meters on the 1st floor. On the ground floor is the living room, the kitchen-living room and the shower room with toilet. Parking is available in the courtyard entrance. In the back area there is a cozy sitting area with a lounge set and a grill to relax. If you arrive by bicycle, you are welcome to use the rear courtyard for parking.

Spend a nice time with friends, family, in a relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation is comfortably equipped and very lovingly furnished. Also great is the green courtyard that invites you to enjoy. Pets are welcome upon request. The cozy ambience invites you to linger and is the ideal starting point for excursions. "Else's Stübchen" is a newly created small apartment for a cozy overnight stay. On approx. 20 square meters there is a bathroom with shower and a room with a double bed, closets and a small seating area. A fridge and dishes are included as well as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. For your information: There is still a little construction site romance on the rest of the building. Enjoy our unique loft on an old farm from 1892 that combines history and comfort. With visible beams and ceilings up to 5 meters high, it offers a charming ambience. An air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures in summer. Discover the surrounding nature, castles, boat tours, canoe tours and dream paths. Koblenz is only 20 minutes away. Due to the room layout, it is very suitable for families as well as for assemblers.

Our holiday home was built in 2020 and offers 67m² of space for 4 people. There is also an approx. 30m² games storage area, which offers many options, especially on rainy days. The house and outdoor area are child-friendly and comfortably furnished. The location is a good starting point for trips to the regions: Maifeld, Moselle and Eifel. Families, hikers and bikers are sure to get their money's worth.
