However we also have great kayaking within 5 minutes walk, quiet roads for cycling, we have our own 18 hole disc golf course, hiking trails, fishing, swimming beaches, bays for wake boarding and other watersports. Tall ceilings, finished concrete floors with upscale beach vibe. Private fenced yard with patio. 1 queen bed and 1 queen air mattress available. Keyless entry and off street parking for 2. Quiet family neighbourhood, 13 min. walk to Crescent Beach, cafes and restaurants. 10 min. drive to White Rock and the strip. Bus stop 2 blocks away. The staircase to the loft is fairly steep and therefore not suitable for children under 12 or anyone with mobility issues. No smoking anywhere on the property!

An amazing place to stay. The space provided includes access to a full kitchen, full bathroom, one bedroom, and two living areas. If access to any other amenities please do not be afraid to ask. Great access to walking trails, hiking, kayaking, swimming and beach combing. A 5 min drive or a 20 min walk will bring you to the arts and crafts studios, local grocery shops, gas station, realestate offices, insurance, bakery, pizza truck, restaurants, liquor store and the local pub.

Our charming bedroom has a queen bed, sofa, bistro table and chairs and is close to beach access at Southey Point. The bathroom has a newly installed shower, washbasin and composting toilet. There is a closet and an outside deck space. Although the space does not have a kitchen, there is a fridge, kettle, coffee maker and toaster for the convenience of our guests and continental breakfast items are provided.
