My place is close to the Gulf of Morbihan, 25 minutes from the historic sites of Vannes and close to hiking trails. You'll appreciate it for its calm, brightness. Small house ideal for relaxing, with a landscaped garden and an interior that invites you to escape and daydream. It has been conceived and designed for the well-being of our guests. Ideally located between sea and countryside, Vannes and Lorient, the house is a 5-minute walk from the village where you will find shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The Etel estuary is 2 km away and the great beaches of Erdeven are 13 km away, Auray is 15 km away.

30 m² studio in our house, redone in 2022. For 3 or 4 people. 1 bed 140 x 190 + 1 sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, an equipped kitchen. Linens and towels are provided. Free parking. Folding stroller, baby bed and high chair on loan on request. 5 minutes' drive to the center of Baud and the 4-lane highway. 10 minutes' drive to Clos du Grand Val. You have part of the terrace with a table for outdoor dining and access to the garden.
