The house is located in a natural and quiet environment less than a kilometer from Tréogat beach (surfing, kite, board, sand yachting, etc.) and less than 500 meters from the famous GR34 (hiking, biking). It features a garden, ideal for summer meals/grilling and napping. You will hear the sound of the waves, a guaranteed change of scenery. The house has been designed for vacations for families or groups of friends.

Bioclimatic and ecological habitat, our small wooden house is ready to welcome you and bring you rest and pleasure for the eyes. 35 square meters all in wood or almost clad and panelled with thuja and cypress wood from a local sawmill, it is insulated with cellulose wadding. Everything has been thought out and custom designed to create a small cozy and bright cocoon. The sea view from the terrace and balcony invites you to explore the bay of Audierne.

The house is 70 m2, on one level, on a plot of 10,000 m2, access is private. The entrance is through the room (sofa bed), equipped kitchen open to the living room, bathroom with toilet and washing machine, one bedroom with 140 bed.

In a typical Bigouden farmhouse, we welcome you to the old stable, independent of the rest of the house. Renovated in 2014 in a spirit of simplicity and respect for the old, you will enjoy on the ground floor a living room with wood stove and equipped kitchen. The terrace overlooking the garden is partly covered. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140 bed and a bedroom with a 90 bed as well as the bathroom and toilet. The sea is 2 km away.

25 m2 studio in a wooden extension adjoining our house. In the heart of Audierne Bay, halfway between Pointe du Raz and La Torche. Located in the village of Plovan, 800 m from the sea, close to the GR 34. Pleasant and quiet space. Large 160 x 200 bed. Equipped kitchen. Independent entrance, private outdoor space and covered terrace sunny in the morning. For long stays, a washing machine can be made available.
