Jardin entièrement clos orienté plein sud, dans une impasse avec peu de passage. L'entrée dans la maison se fait par une petite véranda qui donne sur une grande pièce ouverte et lumineuse avec salon et cuisine toute équipée. A l'étage se trouvent deux chambres, une salle d'eau et des WC séparés. Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Our house is close to the beach and the port of Portsall. From the terrace the views are exceptional. You can walk to the beach, bakery, have a drink on the harbor. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room, a living room, a bathroom with shower, a garden where it is pleasant to have lunch. Located opposite the Plage du Moulin Blanc, a short walk to Brest, you will find a bakery, the "Spadium" aquatic complex and Oceanopolis nearby! Something to keep you busy during your days.
