With its 9 to 10 bedrooms the house itself is full of charm and able to welcome large families and groups 5 mins away from the nearest beach: the mythic Pointe de la Torche (THE surf spot of Brittany). The property has a large enclosed garden where you will discover apple and kiwi trees, a natural water stream and the old Pigeon house of the town. It is the perfect place for your holidays.

Located in the middle of a 3000 m2 lot, it is surrounded by wood and therefore not overlooked. You can enjoy the silence of the countryside, the singing of birds and meals on the terrace facing south. 3 bikes and 3 surfs are also available if you want to get around without a car or taste the fun of sliding.

Charming Breton house completely renovated by an architect in 2024. It is situated in a small charming hamlet in a quiet area with its 14th century chapel, pretty cottages and menhirs. The famous La Torche beach (world-famous surf spot) is a 20-minute walk away via a hiking trail. The house is located on our property, it is adjoining ours but has its own entrance and private enclosed garden of about 350 m2.
