A lovely old cottage in Baden

A lovely old house in stone fully refurbished in full respect of tradition. Located in a large garden which includes the house of the host as well as 2 others rented houses. Several beaches around, the closest at 1500m. The village of Baden with shops is 2km away. Parking available in the property included a covered place for motos. Quiet place perfect to rest. Possibility to use bikes if available. Suitable for a couple or a family (the 2 bedrooms are communicating without a door in between)

I welcome you to my home, a very cozy little studio In a quiet and relaxing location close to shops, 20 minutes from the beaches - Carnac, Erdeven, Sarzeau and 10 minutes from Île de Conleau P.S.: I do not charge a cleaning fee. It would be nice to make the studio clean otherwise you will be charged €50. The studio is not suitable for young children. I do not provide towels. If needed, a fee of €10 will be required upon arrival

The studio is located in my house above the garage, it is totally independent. You will be close to Vannes, the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan, many hikes, ... Bakery, grocery, butcher, caterer, within walking distance. The house is renovated ecologically in a desire to reduce consumption and to self-produce energy and food. I will therefore ask you to live here in this spirit, being sober in energy and water consumption.
