Sie ist frisch mit klimafreundlichem Lehm verputzt und ist weitaus älter, als das mit 1750 datierte Haus. Früher wurden hier die Weinfässer geeicht. From here you can wonderfully explore the cycling and hiking trails of Wöllstein and the surrounding area. The cities of Bad Kreuznach and Alzey are each only 15 minutes away. Via the good highway connection A61/A60/A63 you can also get to the Rhine/Main area quite quickly.

Sprendlingen offers many leisure activities, such as cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, swimming and much more. The property is perfectly suited for 1-3 people. There is no WiFi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the internet is already installed. Think positive, just put the phone aside and do other things. :)
