Apartment just 200 meters from the beach, large terrace with barbecue. 2 swimming pools and paddle tennis court. Ocean and mountain views. Beautiful oceanfront apartment

House/apartment in the development. Playas de Fornells. Ocean view terrace and spectacular sunsets just in front of the house. It has a bedroom, a bathroom and a large living/dining room with an integrated kitchen. Very quiet area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and with supermarkets and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The village of Fornells is a 5 minute drive, but you can also walk in less than half an hour or bike along a marked path that connects the village by the bay.

A spacious living and dining area features a wooden table set for six, surrounded by light-colored chairs. A green sofa sits to the left, and large glass doors open to breathtaking views of the cliffside and sea beyond.

Very elegant apartment, decorated in Menorcan style, well located in Playas de Fornells, close (10-minute walk) to the family beach of Cala Tirant, and with spectacular views of the sea and Cap de Cavalleria. The 3 bedrooms are designed as suites worthy of a boutique hotel: they all have their shower rooms, toilet, dressing room and office area, as well as beautiful windows with unobstructed views, which can be obscured by curtains and shutters.
