Casa Oceanside is a cute concrete bungalow about 80 meters from the sand, situated in an approximately 1,7 acre tropical garden with a variety of wildlife, that can be seen daily. This house is located on a beachfront property on Matapalo Beach. It is also walking distance to Backwash Bay and Pan Dulce. Upstairs there is fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with a queen sized bed, full bathroom, and a spacious living and dining area. Downstairs there is a large bedroom with four twin sized beds and a half bath. A reliable off grid solar panel system powers the houses as well as a state of the art water purification system. Hot water and wifi are also included.
