This is a beautiful and relaxing villa with 3 on-suites bathrooms, an incredible fully fitted kitchen and a huge lounge area, (almost 150 meters of space) tastefully furnished for your comfort. Comfortable house, distributed on one floor, very cozy and modern, fully equipped, in a quiet area and tastefully furnished. It has cleaning and maintenance service, ''Air Conditioning with coin payment'' in the living room. The pool has a heating service. It has internet, satellite TV, books, stereo, DVD, board games.

A serene outdoor seating area is featured, overlooking a small swimming pool. Two cushioned chairs frame a wooden coffee table, set on artificial grass. Tropical plants and a palm tree provide a lush backdrop, while a canopy offers shade from the sun.

The villa is 15 minutes walk from the town center of Playa Blanca. You will love the place due to the outside areas and location. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). In the house you can have towels for the beach (in addition to bath towels). At your arrival there will be a welcome pack with some useful items (water, milk, cookies ...) The airport is only 30 minutes away by car

Perfect villa to live a romantic time as a couple. At the same door we always have parking. The bus stop is 200m if you prefer you can use a taxi as they do not have a high cost... you can also walk 1.8 km to the beach... restaurants and shops that are in the center of town. Wifi available and free. High chair and baby cot are available upon request.
