The White House

In the center of Champeix, a typical Auvergne village, this fully renovated studio is located on the first floor of a townhouse with independent entrance. Tourist village near Besse, Super Besse, Murol, Saint Nectaire and Auvergnats lakes. Market on Friday mornings all year round, and at night on Wednesday evenings in July and August. The studio is close to all shops (bakeries, butcher, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, doctor, florist, press, Vival, Intermarché...).

On the 1st floor, a living room/bedroom with a sofa bed, large TV and storage offers a cozy space. Finally, a mezzanine under the roof houses a cocooning room illuminated by LEDs. The Oustal is located in a beautiful village at the gates of the park of the volcanoes of Auvergne and 20 minutes from Clermont Ferrand. You will be in quiet, in the heart of a typical village with shops at 2 steps, and many walks on foot. Every morning a homemade breakfast could be served either (14 euros ) in the garden when the weather permits or in your home. The accommodation consists of 2 rooms and an entrance. It is about 40 m2.

Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

Not to mention, of course, exclusive access to the estate's jacuzzi, to recharge your batteries in this little haven of peace.
