The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The quiet location makes it the perfect retreat. The property is completely fenced. Inside you will find a warm, homely atmosphere with, among other things, a coffee machine and a fireplace, which ensures a feel-good atmosphere, especially on cooler days. The accommodation offers everything for a comfortable stay.

If you want to explore the Old Town, with our many sights, then it is only about a 10-minute walk. But you can also take the tram. The stop is practically at your doorstep.

Very nice - and tastefully newly furnished apartment in a rural area with very good connections to Erfurt, Arnstadt, Stadtilm and the Thuringian Forest. The apartment is suitable for a relaxing family vacation or business travelers. It is located on the first floor of a newly renovated 4-family house. Our apartment is about 80 square meters and has a fully equipped modern kitchen, a cozy living room, 2 bedrooms and a new floor-heated, barrier-free bathroom.

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
