My house: nice flat very near to the beach

My flat is in a quiet street in Oliva. It's a second floor. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen with dishwasher and two balcony. There's WIFI. The balcony is quite big and there's a table and chairs so you can eat there. The flat is very near to the beach (5-minute walking). It's very near to the bus too. It is also ideal for long stays at affordable prices (I have added a considerable discount each month).

Cozy apartment on the beach of Oliva (Valencia), in the Pau Pi residential area. It is located one street away from the beach and also has a community pool. There are entertainment venues a few meters away; such as restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, a pharmacy and a grocery store. It has a large glazed terrace overlooking the street, making it a perfect place to enjoy a nice dinner or breakfast.
