Nice and large apartment in front of the Gandia's port and 10-15 minutes walking from Gandia beach. A cozy, newly renovated, spacious, quiet and bright apartment overlooking the port. It is the second floor of a building with only two apartments. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, and a fourth as a living room. A bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room. Near the apartment there are supermarkets, bakeries, clothing stores... and the beach is a 5-minute walk away.

A swimming pool is framed by well-maintained greenery and palm trees, offering a relaxing environment. Surrounding the pool, pathways and seating areas can be seen, providing ample space for leisure. The building's architecture is visible in the background, contributing to the inviting atmosphere.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
