You'll appreciate the comfort and decor you need. On the ground floor, you will have a spacious living room with seating area and dining area, an equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a master suite (bed 160x200) with its bathroom, independent toilet. Upstairs, you will enjoy a games room on the mezzanine with billiards, 2 double bedrooms (bed 140x190) and one bedroom with TV (bed 160x200), independent toilet. Nice little house in Champagne Fiber internet

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.
