Train station and beach 300m away, Market 400m away, shopping avenue 100m away, Supermarket 100m away. No private parking space but free parking at 50 m. Linen provided upon request. €20 for sheets and bathroom linen for 2 people 1 bed, to be paid upon arrival. Extra €10 for the sofa bed

Pleasant cottage in garden, right in the center.

Simplify your life in this peaceful and central place. Very well located, all within a 10-minute walk (beach, SNCF train station, direct TGV to Paris, market every day, shopping avenue, a small Carrefour Market, bakery) I live next door in the same garden, so I will be at your disposal, but the whole garden will be yours as well as the garden furniture. I can possibly add a 90 cm folding bed. the shower room and separate toilet have a window.

The apartment is fully equipped, has air conditioning and a balcony with partial sea view. Parking is free in the parking lot of the residence. The beach is at the end of the residence.
