L'appartement "Coeur d'Océan" vient d'être refait à neuf (Janvier 2025) avec standing, il donne sur un jardin qui plonge dans la mer La superficie est de 30m2. Il est composé d'un salon, d'une cuisine complétement équipée, d'une chambre, salle d'eau douche-WC et d'une belle terrasse avec vue sur mer. Le forfait ménage est de 40 euros. Les serviettes de bain sont intégrées dans le forfait. Pour l'option drap il faudra voir directement avec le service de conciergerie qui s'occupe de la location.

Lérat beach is family oriented with lifeguards during the high season. The “chemin des douaniers” (customs officers track) starts at the beach. Easy parking right next to the house. Tennis courts, pétanque court opposite. Numerous restaurants, markets, supermarkets and cinemas. Numerous villages on the Guérande peninsula to visit.
