Ocean-facing character house.

This old and atypical house, very colorful and ideally located on the harbor, will welcome you on its 125m² between the first and second floors. From all rooms, magnificent view of the port and the sea, very nice location, 100 meters from the beaches. The house is in the heart of Piriac-sur-mer, a small authentic seaside village that smells like Brittany. On site, no need to take your car, all the shops are within walking distance. The market and beaches too.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
