Built in an old stable, our cottage is actually a large 65 m2 studio, an outbuilding not overlooked, where you will be in the quiet of the Champagne countryside. Come and discover exceptional nature: the passage of migratory birds, the forests of the Regional Natural Park and the Orient Lakes. Swimming, fishing, forest walks, we are also 10 minutes from the Thennelières highway exit, 20 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park or 20 minutes from Troyes!

Located in Piney. 20 km from Troyes, historic capital of champagne, its factory shops and historic center, the village is in the heart of the eastern forest regional park, 6 km from the lakes and eastern forest. The cottage is located in the heart of the village, travel can be done by foot. On site, you will find all local shops (bakery, restaurants, grocery, butcher-charcuterie-traiteur, tobacco, newspapers, doctors, dentist, nurse)

Charming townhouse completely renovated with garden in Vendeuvre-Sur-Barse, in the heart of Champagne, near a listed castle, 10 minutes from the lakes of the Orient Forest, 12 minutes from Nigloland Park, 30 minutes from Troyes, 2 hours by train and car from Paris. SNCF train station is a 7-minute walk away. Numerous activities, nature, leisure, sports (golf, microlight parachuting, sailing, Charles de Gaulle memorial). Pets allowed

Charming renovated house, located on the banks of the Marne, in a setting of greenery and tranquility. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.
