Villa Liostasi - House with character

Villa Liostasi is located in an area of special natural beauty, near the Arkadi Monastery, north of the traditional village of Amnatos (1500m away) in Rethymno (Western Crete). It is a newly built farmhouse built in a 4-acre olive grove, on the edge of a small gorge. The villa can accommodate up to ten people. It is ideal for families but also for friendly groups, looking for holidays in nature, relaxation, alternative tourism, agritourism but also with easy access to attractions of the area, nearby beaches and the city center of Rethymno. The 5 comfortable bedrooms of the villa and the 4 bathrooms are divided into three buildings. Three of the five bedrooms have a double bed, while the other two have two single beds. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom with facilities for the disabled. The large common area has a living room with fireplace, dining room for 10 people, desk with PC and Wi-Fi, C and kitchen. In the semi-open space there is a barbecue, a wood-fired oven and a large dining room for delicious meals overlooking the mountainous volume of Psiloritis. The pool (3.20 x 8m) is located on the second level, right in front of the three bedrooms. The villa also has a covered parking space for two cars. The inner courtyard and the large terrace offer moments of relaxation with incredible views of the green gorge next to the villa, the surrounding mountains and the sea. Staying at Liostasi Villa allows you to have a holiday in nature, providing a comfortable stay, without depriving you of the facilities - comforts of your home.
