Until last year we only rented one room, but this year we decided to move elsewhere and dedicate our entire apartment to welcoming our guests! STRATEGIC for visiting Rome. Just a stone's throw from the Tuscolana station (you can easily reach the AIRPORT, TERMINI station, TRASTEVERE). In 3-minute walk is the Ponte Lungo metro station Line A (in a few minutes, you can reach the VATICAN and the HISTORICAL CENTER)

Central strategic location. The Coliseum/ Roman Forum, St.Giovanni in Laterano/St. M. Maggiore Basilicas, Termini Railways Station are at walking distance. The apartment is in an ideal area to visit Rome, because it is very central but still in a quiet street. You can easily reach the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums and the main tourist attractions, as well as Termini station can be reached by foot in a few minutes and 100 meters from the Museum of Illusions. The Monti district, a historic district, is located a few hundred meters from the apartment. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be reached in a couple of minutes by foot

The property is located near the Basilica of San Giovanni in Lateran. Recently renovated and consists of a double bedroom and a living room with a French sofa bed, a table, a bathroom and a small equipped kitchen. Free wi-fi, 2 smart TVs and summer air conditioner. The apartment is located 2 minute walk from the San Giovanni stop (both metro A and C) and just three stops from Termini station. and a 15 minute walk from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums.

It consists of a sleeping area with an adjacent living area with everything you need for breakfast, a small balcony overlooking the internal balcony, so it is quiet despite being in a neighborhood characterized by the Roman "nightlife", with the presence of numerous pubs, restaurants and live clubs where you can listen to good music.
