Medieval Bastidon-a building of character with a rounded turret recently renovated to a very high standard, located in an idyllic Provencal setting, on a private wine estate & surrounded by olive groves only 2km from the centre of Cotignac. Five acres of private space: terrace, BBQ area, swimming pool, fish basin & children's swing set. Accommodation is over two floors, with ample open-plan living area and kitchen on the ground floor. We offer a tour of our wine cellar & wine tasting for free.

New! Exceptional and dreamy location, just a few minutes (2km) from the superb village of Saint-Tropez. This house benefits from optimal sun exposure as well as a breathtaking sea view. The house is surrounded by gardens and terraces and the infinity pool with sea view. You only have to cross the road down the house to access very pretty little beaches . A parking space under a porch roof closed by an automatic grid will allow you to secure your car or/ and your motorbikes / bikes.

It is nestled between the Var hills with beautiful trails, the most beautiful vineyards and large white sandy beaches. The nearest one is down the street. Its architecture, history and exhibition make it a unique and magical place where you can relax in peace. I offer you my 55 m2 "Kepek" cottage, south-facing, with a large 50 m2 shaded terrace and garden, on the edge of the forest. The area is popular with hikers. Organized in an original way, rural and relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful view of the hills and not overlooked. Wifi, ceiling brewer - no TV and no A/C! On the other hand, there is a video projector and large screen, to do movie sessions or watch live TV (come with your computer, HDMI port)
