Quadruplex 500 meters from the cathedral of Pietrasanta via pedestrian crossing and about 3 km from the sea, surrounded by silence and greenery. With large garden, barbecue and wood-burning oven. The house consists of a living room with TV area and dining room, bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine in the utility room on the ground floor; on the first floor (totally renovated) 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom and two terraces. Sheets and towels are provided. We provide three bikes free of charge.

beautifull detached former country

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful house. The house is located in a small car free village. The view is magnificent and the place is very quiet, perfect to recharge your batteries. The hosts were wonderful. We asked for internet access and it was installed just in time for our stay. We had a few minor problems with hot water at the beginning of our stay but it was fixed very timely and efficiently (within 4 hours). The house is very clean and you have all the amenities you could wish for.

A stay in the art city of Pietrasanta. A large and bright detached house just outside the center of Pietrasanta, in a very quiet area but without sacrificing easy walking access to the most lively areas. Large and cozy living room, full kitchen with latest generation appliances, two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The building was completely renovated in 2023, to perfectly combine tradition and innovation. Heating and cooling are on the floor.

It is a house of the late eighteenth century in stone and wood equipped with all comforts including Wi-Fi in the ancient village of Volegno located in the Apuan Park of 80 square meters suitable for 2 to 4 people and consisting of kitchenette and living room with fireplace and a pellet stove that heat the whole house, going up a stone staircase you enter the upper floor where there is a spacious bedroom and a full bathroom with shower.
