Relaxation in the 80 m2 apartment with lounge and an assigned 300 m2 demarcated garden area. The apartment has its own entrance with a doorbell. This apartment is not comparable to a standard 4-bed apartment. The apartment is 22 degrees "cool" when it is over 30 degrees outside and on cool days our guest can manually switch the electric floor heating to the normal heating settings of the central heating. In the relaxation area there is plenty of space to relax!
