The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

There is a garden of about 15,000 square meters. There are two donkeys and four goats in the paddock. In the garden there are several seats, also covered, so you can sit outside even in bad weather.
