Strictly family-friendly, no loud music and parties and/or gatherings of people will be allowed. The use of any tobacco, natural or electronic, is not allowed in the patio, garden or inside the house. Pets are not allowed. The site aims to provide guests with peace amidst the nature of the sea.

Our guests will love staying at our house, it is spacious and very comfortable, with air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. The party area has a barbecue, refrigerator, gas stove, wood stove and solar-heated pool. The garage is for up to 4 cars without a parking charge. The house is 100 meters from Alegre Beach and 7 km from the largest theme park in South America, Beto Carrero World. We have free Wi-Fi for guests.
