Apartment on the sixth floor in Residencial Liara, cozy and furnished with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony with barbecue and 1 covered parking space. Wi-fi and TV. We provide bed and bath linens, as well as beach chairs. It is located 250 meters from the sea and close to beautiful beaches, 15 minutes by car from Beto Carrero Park, 35 minutes from Navegantes Airport and 35 km from Balneário Camboriú. Security system throughout the building. Close to the market, bakery and banks.

Beautiful apartment, swimming pool and beach 300 meters away in Piçarras

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. Excellent apartment with Wi-Fi, cozy, quiet and pleasant place. Apartment with 24-hour concierge, indoor garage, air conditioning in the bedrooms. Barbecue area on the balcony. The beach is 300 meters away. To enjoy Beto Carrero, it is 12 km away. Great location: close to the market, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy, and gas station... Great to relax and enjoy your vacation! Recently, on Dec 30, 2023, we changed the cleaning person.

Entire apartment, ideal for families visiting beaches, Beto Carrero Park and the beauties of Santa Catarina. Cozy, we furnish it with affection as if it were for our family's use. We're two blocks from the sea. The condominium is a Home Club, where you will enjoy the wonderful swimming pool, kiosks, children's playground, soccer field and game room. We have adopted hygiene measures and receive our guests remotely via our 24-hour surveillance company's app. You will be welcome.

Best value for your family trip! Access to the condominium's leisure areas: infinity pool by the sea (See photos), gym, heated pool, sauna, playground, movie room, multi-sport court and kids' space. Apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms complete with furniture and utensils. Bedding and bath towels are included. Great for family/friends vacations in this wonderful place by the sea. All this close to several shops and 15 minutes from Beto Carrero!
