High-quality, comfortably and practically furnished, quietly located 2-room attic apartment (3rd floor, no elevator) in the popular Seefeld district. We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.
